A small, detached holiday home with three bedrooms, air conditioning in every room, living and dining areas and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy a Jura coffee machine, air fryer, TV and Sonos indoors and outdoors. The veranda has chairs, lounge seating and a barbecue, with sun loungers available. Dogs are warmly welcome, with direct access to the garden. Access is step-free. At the edge of the development, away from communal areas and with distance to neighbours, you can enjoy evening conversations and music at a considerate volume.

A calm base for four

A high-standard apartment on a separate lower ground floor of the house where we live. The entrance is shared with us, with one flight of stairs down. Two bedrooms with large beds, a living room with a 75-inch TV and Sonos, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and its own outdoor seating area. The apartment has received excellent guest feedback, with several guests returning.

Lisbeth and Trond welcome you through Spania Services 2021 S.L. We live in the house containing the apartment and value personal attention, good service and clear information. We communicate mainly in English and speak a little Spanish. Our homes offer a comfortable, affordable base in Marbella. Please check the photos of the unit you book: the bungalow is a compact holiday home, and the apartment has a shared entrance and stairs.

Facilities for both homes

Wi-Fi throughout, a private outdoor area for each unit and plenty of free parking outside. A washing machine is available on request. Both units have access to the shared swimming pool from morning until evening, within its opening hours.

The homes are in the Royal Cabopino residential development. Cabopino combines beach days, golf and coastal exploring. Nearby are Cabopino Beach, the protected Artola dunes and the small marina, with places to stroll and enjoy a meal. Restaurants and shops are in the surrounding area, and the golf course is beside the property. Between Marbella and Fuengirola, this is a welcoming base for old-town walks, cafés, restaurants and day trips.
